Prerelease 1- major update

This update overhauls the menu, allowing for spells to be changed. The game is now in a prerelease state. Expect a full release here and on Google Play sometime late this year.

Johnny Black (Necromancer) has a new spell.

Michael's movement slightly tweaked.

Gore added back.

Various bug fixes.

New stage- Volcano. Fight demons and fire based enemies on this stage! Michael the Archangel does extra damage towards demons.
